Special Events At Two Lights Studio

Two Lights Cinema

Lots and lots of my directing and acting students have made or appeared in short films. We started in January 2004, showing shorts (and sometimes features) that have directors or actors (or both!) from our Studio. We call it The Two Lights Cinema Randomly Scheduled, More-or-Less Ongoing Festival of Shorts. We've had high quality films and full houses for every screening, it's been quite glorious!

If you have taken class with Judith, and want to show your short film at one of our screenings, write to John at john@judithweston.com. We do not pre-screen the films – anyone who has taken class with me, either as an actor or a director, can have their short film shown. The only limitations are the logistics of scheduling. We set it up in groupings of four or five short films, with each whole evening lasting about an hour or 75 minutes. We have projection equipment for DVD, PAL, HDTV and an 8 x 6 feet screen.

Here's a list of the films we've shown so far - and those that are scheduled for upcoming screenings. (Full cast and crew credits are not included here - the only personnel listed are those that have been participants in Judith's classes.)
